A mystical journey in sound and song, thought provoking and filled with emotion from the ancient world. This CD contains invocations in the original Sumerian language. It begins with part of the Enuma Elish, the Sumerian creation account of the solar system and the gods, and humanity. It then rolls into ‘The Raising of the Hand to Ishtar’, the oldest complete written goddess invocation in history.
